I went in for a typical oil change, and to have a noise investigated. The oil change price had increased by a lot, but I was informed of that well before my car was taken in. They did the oil change AND investigated the noise which turned out to be a simple broken bolt. Fixed the problem, finished the oil change and I was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate being informed of the price increase ahead of time. And I was so grateful that the noise was a super simple fix that took lees time to fix than draining the oil from the car! While car repairs are expensive, I highly appreciate when I can go to an auto shop that RESPECTS women, and treats women well instead of trying to pull things over on us! Thank you Monro for helping to keep me safe in my next travel in the coming week! It was weighing heavy on me and a huge weight was lifted when the problem was found to be so minor and so easy to fix! I will 100% be bringing my car back! And have already recommended that my mom take her car there as well! Well Done Monro on Lehigh St in Allentown!

I needed a flat tire repair. I called and then immediately went to Monroe. They were professional and ultra fast. I was out in a few minutes and when he was done, the gentleman who did the repair said, “no charge”. That was so huge to me. I have had the month from hell. Monroe did me a super solid and I am so grateful. Thank you!!!!!!

I just called not an hour ago and made an appointment for 1:30 pm for alignment. Once I get here (yes I'm still on their parking lot) even I came early I told him that I came early and then the guy told me that "they don't have somebody right now and it will take up to 3 or 4 hours for an alignment". So I asked him that even so at 1:30 om won't be?, he said no. Next time the lady who got the call should told me that and I didn't waste my time. Thanks for nothing

Just got my wheel alignment done here and I'm really happy with the results — the car tracks straight, no pulling, and it feels much smoother on the highway. The staff was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they found and what they adjusted. No upselling, just honest service. Great job, fair price, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

When you try to call a shop ot directs you to a call center where the operators sound sedated. They don't seem to understand anything you say beyond what service you want and the time you want it and what make your vehicle is. I made an appointment for a state inspection, they booked me at a shop that is not licensed for inspection. Had to make another reservation for a shop that could do an inspection. I dropped my car off at 7:30, at 12:30 they called me and said their inspection machine doesn't work and someone from the state or something had to check it out to get it working. I had to pick my car up and bring it to a third monro to squeeze in last minute. When I got to the second shop to pick up my car there were still no other cars or customers at the shop, so it's not like they were busy all morning and lost track of time, I don't know why it took them so long to realize they couldn't do the inspection. Once my car actually got into this third shop in Allentown they did a good job taking care of me though. These guys are good. Monro just asked me to give feedback and the experience of getting a runaround from the call center and another shop definitely couldn't be ignored, a
